MemoriaCall emerged from a fundamental understanding that video conferencing isn't just about technology—it's about human connection. As the sole UI/UX designer, I embarked on a mission to transform how remote teams collaborate by creating an intuitive, intelligent platform that addresses the genuine pain points of modern professionals.

Understanding Human Needs

The Empathy Journey

Our design process began with deep empathy. Through extensive ethnographic research, I didn't just collect data—I listened to stories. Remote workers shared their frustrations:
